Experience with DOS, Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP, & Windows Networking. Aloha, Panasonic, Restaurant/Retail/Hotel and other POS systems experience a plus but not required. Must have hardware and software troubleshooting experience, excellent problem solving skills, customer service skills, professional attitude, and excellent communication skills. Hours vary and flexible on-call duty will be required.

Compensation based on previous experience.
