Modules include Time & Attendance for Labor Management, Inventory for Food Cost Management, and a Credit Authorization option for increasing sales per transaction - all providing more opportunities for business growth.

  • Interface to order confirmation display helps improve order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • High volume drive-thru for multiple window configurations: OT/CS mode includes a four order viewing display to review stored and paid orders. Modify orders quickly and accurately.
  • Simple sandwich modifications: Pop-up menus lead the cashier through condiment selections ensuring easy entry of modified items.
  • Sandwiches are assembled in a specific order with respect to ingredients: Color Kitchen Video Screens prioritize modifiers on the fly to assembly screens, increasing order accuracy.
  • Reliable polling: Dial-in using off-the-shelf packages such as PC Anywhere. The P.O.W.E.R.® 'send mail' feature uses MS Outlook for Internet operations.

  • Easy-to-use database export files with customized batch file routines for 3rd party software and PanaNet solutions.
  • Standard DBF Export files offer easy import of data for custom data consolidation and reporting from multiple restaurants.
  • Multiple piece counts updated automatically by the registering of a single item, providing flexible reporting options for accurate product planning.
  • Product Comparison, Projection, and Mix Reports present current and average counts by Time Segment for valuable preparation analysis.


  • Speed of Service
  • Integration with Color Kitchen Video boosts Speed of Service - orders are sent by destination to simplify and expedite the packing process.
  • Split screen format separates counter (in & out) and drive-thru orders.
  • "Summary" mode strips the order-orientation so users can see the exact count requirement by item.
  • Drive-thru Order processing is streamlined providing easy processes to handle a break-in-line, drive away car, order changes at the window, and tendering.


  • Labor Management
  • Labor Cost by Period Reporting provides time sales data to drive labor scheduling.
  • "Editing hours worked" is a management tool for correcting variances in real time.
  • Labor tracking with overtime calculations by day, week and period. Weekly bi-weekly, or semi-monthly reporting periods.


  • Food Cost
  • Actual, Theoretical, and Variance Food Cost reporting for individual analysis and decision making.
  • Entering inventory counts and displaying food cost reports by Unit/Pack/Case offers easy to track inventory for improved accuracy.
  • Historical product projections maintained.


  • Security
  • Manager level controls may be assigned to buttons by function, i.e. order changes, voids, returns, PLU, etc.
  • Electronic Journal transaction data monitoring provides complete security.


  • Platform Choice
  • The 9000 Workstation is a compact, all-in-one color touchscreen workstation technically designed for increased uptime and reliability over standard computers. System cost of ownership improves with "no single point of failure" helping ensure high reliability and MTBF.   • P.O.W.E.R.® workstation software operates on the 9000 Workstation color touchscreen workstation.
  • Workstations require Microsoft™ Windows 95 operating system with 24MB DRAM memory.
  • P.O.W.E.R.® system manager software operates on any Microsoft NT™ certified Pentium PC with at least a 1 GB hard drive and 32MB DRAM memory.
  • System Manager requires Microsoft NT™ 4.0 operating system and compatible Ethernet 10 base-T card.
